Clear rules for learning, payment and credentials.
Learning and assessment
Learners must complete required lessons, pass every required knowledge assessment and earn at least 80% on required practical or capstone work. Reassessment may be offered for unmet outcomes. Academic dishonesty can invalidate an assessment or credential.
Certificates and verification
A certificate is issued only after the platform confirms all requirements. Each certificate has a unique credential number and public verification page. Olbright Tech may revoke a credential issued in error or obtained through fraud.
Payments and access
Course access begins only after successful automatic payment confirmation or authorized manual verification. Payment references must match an official transaction. Refund eligibility depends on course access, delivery and the applicable written offer.
Privacy and learner data
Olbright Tech stores account identity, enrollment, payment status, progress, assessment submissions and credentials to deliver learning and verify achievement. Sensitive payment credentials are not requested in course forms.
Respect and safety
Learners and instructors must communicate respectfully, protect private information and report unsafe or abusive content. Community posts may be moderated or removed.
